I was concerned about the two bapts being too close together when I found James Callow Corkill son of James Corkill & Margaret Callow bapt Maughold Parish Church 23 Mar 1862, but I ran out of time. [Jurby Thomas Corkill was bapt.18 Aug.1861.] Actually James Callow C's bapt was the only one I found at that time in the Maughold register with both those parents, and, as you saw, the Jurby bapts had only the mother's forename recorded.

The only other possible Margaret Callow child found bapt in Maughold at that time was William Henry Illegit son of Margaret Callow bapt Parish Church 11 Apr 1864. There were other Margaret Callows, but married to other people (including Corkills).
I saw the Margaret Clague bapts in Maughold.
There were also at least 11 bapts for the children of James Corkill & Mary Callow, and Mary was often mistranscribed as Marg, and vice versa, but these were in the earlier 1800s.

The son of Charles Corkill appeared to be the only one with those parents in Maughold records, and I wondered whether Margt had remarried to another Corkill, but the sister from Scotland changes that thought. I don't know where Thomas was baptised, if at all - sorry Kevin, it looks as though they didn't baptise him. And the family is still a bit of a mystery - what happened to father James?

In the 1881 census a Margaret Corkill aged 44 is a visitor in the household of a John & Elizabeth Oliver and family.

Elizabeth Oliver's maiden name was Corkill - her father was James Corkill, farmer, and she was of Ballachrink, Maughold at her marriage. Prob bapt 27 May 1849 Maughold with father James Corkill, mother Ann.
I thought she might have been related to James Corkill, and Margaret could have been your Margaret [Callow], but probably a red herring.
