THere is an Emily b 1831 Douglas IOM mar to a James Russell in the 1861-1901 english census.
They lived in Dorset. I could find no marr for a James Russell and emily??? They had 7 children according to the census 1st born in 1857 in dorset. I tried all my tricks in ancestry but could not trigger a marr that matched. Something to think about. One of Emily's children was named Henry Qualtrough so she could have been Emily Qualtrough but I could find no marr for Emily Q either.
