Greg, I would be the Joughin researcher that Sue Pedersen mentions.

The Christchurch Joughins came from a farm called Ballakew, near St. Mark’s church in Malew parish. That is in the south of the Island. Before that, like most Joughins, they came from the north. This family was in Keilthusthag in Andreas, and before that in Cronkbane on the east coast of Bride.
