Josie,
Apart from odd extracts I don't think Ramsey par regs indexes or transcripts are published anywhere.
You need to look at LDS films for both burials and deaths. I have looked at the following films in the past:
Parish register transcripts of Ramsey, Church of England. Christenings, marriages and burials, 1849-1883. FHL Film 0106182 Item 2.
Also Parish register transcripts, 1761-1849 Baptisms, burials 1761-1849 Marriages 1810-1834 FHL Film 0106741.
[Both quite straight forward.]
Also: [civil registration] "IOM Ramsey Death Index" from 1878 on LDS film no. 0454958. If you look at this index first which gives page numbers it makes it much easier to find the actual entry on the film "Register of Deaths" no.0454972 which ends in 1900, though the Index actually continues past this date.
The filmed Register of Deaths is headed "Andreas, Bride & Jurby 1878-1900", but within the other parishes is "Registrar's District Ramsey". and you will see the value of having page numbers from the index when trying to find Ramsey between other parishes. For example I noted that I looked at 1879, then noted gap to page 175 which was 1891, then 1892 - 1893, then Patrick on the film followed by Ramsey again 1877 to 1880. Then 1881 to 1886. Then I went back to read the upside-down pages 1879 onwards. Film ended 1900.
I hope this explanation doesn't put you off, because it is very rewarding using these registers.
Sue
