I have just found another Kneen-Gawne link but the families are from Jurby. Thomas Kneen and Ellinor Crow's son John Ewan, 1834, married Jane Gawne. Their daughter Annie Jane Gawne is with Thomas & Ellinor in 1871.
Should you or anyone need more details I can provide them. Some of our USA cousins may be interested since Jane is related to the Gawne and Tear families that emigrated to Ohio.
