Hi,

I have two James Kaneens
1. James, son of Thomas Kaneen and Elizabeth Cleator, baptized March 19, 1823, in Kirk Andreas, IOM. I’ve seen the entry in the church Register book.
2. James Charles Kaneen, believed to be the son of Jonathan, born abt May 1857, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio. His death certificate with information provided by a daughter says he was the son of James (Jonathan’s brother, see above). However, the 1860 census shows him living with Jonathan. I don’t find him, so far, in census records after living with Jonathan.
My wife, Jeanne is descended from Thomas and James Charles.

I don’t have information on a James Kneen born in 1833.
