Hello Shirley,
Any chance Mary (Radcliffe) Penty could have been a granddaughter, and not daughter, of Thomas Radcliff?
Let me know if you think this fits with what you know.
I had worked out (with the help of other Radcliffe researchers) the following Warrensville family:
Mary (John - wife unknown, Thomas - Catherine Stephen, Thomas - Margaret Skinner, Philip - Joney Teare)
Here are the details.
Thomas Radcliff (Philip - Jony Teare) was baptized at Kk Andreas, February 2, 1736/7, and died September 17, 1807, age 71, mason. He married first, at Kk Andreas, May 2, 1772, Margaret Skinner, who died February 5, 1774, age 29.
Thomas Radcliff married second, at Kk Andreas, February 1, 1787, Margaret Brew, daughter of Thomas Brew of Cronk beg Andreas, widow of John Radcliffe. (married April 15, 1777)
Child of Margaret Skinner and Thomas Radcliff: baptized at Andreas
+ i. Thomas Radcliff was baptized February 14, 1773. He is probably the Thomas Radcliffe (1772-1834) buried in Warrensville Cemetery. He married, at Jurby, July 11, 1801, Catherine Stephens.
Child of Margaret Brew and Thomas Radcliff: baptized at Andreas
ii. John Radcliff was baptized September 30, 1789.
Next Generation
Thomas Radcliff (Thomas - Margaret Skinner) was baptized at Andreas, February 14, 1773, and is probably the Thomas Radcliffe (1772-1834) buried Warrensville cemetery. He married (at Jurby, July 11, 1801 ?), Catherine Stephens. Catherine Radcliffe als Stephen was buried Andreas 3 Jan 1824.
Thomas Radcliff immigrated on the Ocean, which arrived in New York from Liverpool, July 13, 1827. Presumably Thomas left the IOM after erecting gravestones recording his mother, father, and wife.

John Radcliff was born about 1808, and apparently died by 1880 when he is not listed in the census. (He may be the John T. Radcliff, died July 28, 1870, age 61. Cuyahoga County Death records 1:44.)
John Radcliff immigrated by 1830 when his daughter Jane was born. The name of his wife is not known, nor whether he married in IOM or in Ohio, but she died between 1846 and 1850. There is a marriage of John Radcliff and Margaret “Hewin”, in Warrensville, August 9, 1829.
