he would appear to have bought property in Lezayre in 1762 from Patk Vandy junr - prop was bought by Patk a little earlier and he sold on half to John Howland - prop was just south of Patk Vandy senr's land

a later deed dated 1781 details arrangement between children as appears there were some legal disputes - agree that Wm Howland(eldest son) should get house + land west of highway (Andreas to Ramsey) but sale seems to be land east of highway
