I am sorry the Cannell property deeds for Ballawillyn will prove almost impenetrable they can only be interpreted with the help of plans and a table of descent.

To J C about the Esther Hannahs, my only further idea is that the families in Baldwin did tend to copy each other name-wise, I know the christian names in the Quines of Ballachrink West Baldwin almost exactly mirrored my great-great aunts and uncles (no known relationship) and more recently I think the Quiggins Quines and Moores and Kellys were using the same names and many worshipping in East Baldwin Chapel. I know there were several Amys, Isabels and so on.
The repeated Christian names may be due to god-parenthood
one way or the other.
