I am trying to make sense of the CANNELL family of Ballawillin (Ballawyllin/Ballawillyn/Ballawillan ... and numerous other spellings), Braddan.

I have read somewhere that a Alice CANNELL nee FAYLE/FAILE, left her husband William CANNELL her property at Ballawillin. I think she died around 1784. Does anyone a copy of her will? In 1841 there are 3 CANNELL families at Ballawillin headed by Thomas b 1791 (spouse Isabella I think nee CLAGUE), Thomas b 1756 (spouse Isabella I think also CLAGUE, I also think he is the Thomas CANNELL buried at St Lukes February 12th 1843 aged 86 years), and William b 1776. By 1851 none of the CANNELLs are still living at Ballawillin.

I am a bit confused about property records. Are any available on line?

If anyone can add anything to this, I would appreciate any help.
