No unfortunately I didn't. That would have been very useful in this case, but I wasn't asked to do so. I think the chap I was doing the research was going to get any certificates he needed himself. I only really went into the Starkey side of things because he remember visiting a relative called Starkey in the Braaid area in the 1940s or 50s who he believed was a cousin. His grandmother was a Stephen, so I was trying to find a connection between the two families.
