Can't help much with the Tyldesleys, but I have the following:
Willm Tildesley became a Key in 1632, disappears without explanation after 1656.
Richard . was Comptroller of Man 1652 - 73? per Dr. Dickinson
Thurstan T. became member of the Keys 1683 "loco John Norris". He is marked "Mort" in 1697.
Will T. joined the Keys in 1707, marked as "Mort" in 1722
I would think each generation should have left a will, although the wives' might be under the maiden name.
