Have been tracing william warren great grandfather back to christening Dec.14 1843 under the name wareing with parents Richard wareing and ann skinner. If its the same person was an iron ore miner in Egremont england by 1861 and married to dorothy corkhill. Had 2 children that survived. He died in 1882 and dorothy with both children moved back to ramsey. This was on the IGI records, so know I'm scratching my head.
