Thanks, Sue.
I had thought that the 3rd word was probably "timber" but am left wondering what it means.
I've been trying to trace records for a Thomas Cannell (of Michael) and his wife Catherine Morrison (of Santan) who married 26Jul1813 (Santan). They presumably lived in Ramsey as there are records for 8 children baptised there between 1815-1831. But I can't find any records that seem to fit their deaths/burials. I suspect they both died between 1831 and 1841 because census records appear to show their eldest daughter Jane (my ancestor) living in Ramsey with an Ann Cannell, who I believe is her aunt (Thomas' sister). In addition there is a potential younger daughter, Sarah Cannell, living in Ramsey with her aunt Catherine (also Thomas' sister) in the 1841 and 1851 censuses. Sarah Cannell marries William Creer 17Sep1851 (Mau) and her father is listed as Thomas Cannell (hatter) but that doesn't mean that Thomas was still alive at the time of the marriage. Otherwise, I can't find anything else that seems to fit the family.
