Thank you so much for this. It is fascinating. It could suggest then that the son William listed amongst the children in Margaret Corkill als Corlett's Will is in my family line. If true, he could be the father of William Jr. (b. 1710, Braddan) husband of Alice Cannon (m. 1739, Onchan), Peter (b. 1713, Braddan), and Thomas (b. 1716, Braddan). Bringing that together with what Frances sent, that William Sr may have been married twice as suggested by the Will of Margaret Corkill als Lewney who died 26 Feb 1710. What is unusual about that is that the baptism record for William Jr (b. 1710, Braddan) shares the same death day (26 Feb 1710) as the Margaret Corkill Will. Anybody have any opinions?
