Yes, I'm quite versed with Scotland's People site. In fact, it has been more resourceful than Ancestry by far. My tree is looking mighty full - and well-documented! It was very kind of you to use a credit up. I will check out the Aberdeen listing - you never know. It would seem odd as I mentioned every child birth mentions May 11 1868 as their marriage and (it seems) there 1st child is born in Edinburgh in early 1869. Elizabeth's age varies in censuses (nothing unusual there) but that last child is born in 1884 so she could be in her early 40's then. Her death in 1927 says she was 78. Either way I'll let you know!
