it is interesting the family rememberes the name stanley. KS Parker was just known by us as keith but the name stanley is well known on IOM dating centuries back to the time of some of the english nobles who came to IOM. If Sue or anyone is reading this could you direct us to notes about the Stanleys. Im sure Edward used the name for his son simply because he still felt a strong connection to IOM, even though he himself had never been there. I found a picture of him recently which I will share with you. btw the radcliffes were well known in andreas as preachers which combined with a position something like a local magistrate which included debt collecting!!
