Hi John
It would be good to establish beyond doubt that Jessie Ann Mylchreest b 1883, Robert Gregg Mylchreest b 1886, Benjamin Chapman Mylchreest b 1888 and Euphemia Chapman Mylchreest b 1889 all had the same Jane Mylchreest mother (viz Eliza Jane Mylchreest b 1864 from Cross Four Ways, Malew, parents Thomas Mylchreest and Esther Corrin)
Looking for possible clues:

Baptisms from IGI of Jane Mylchreest in IOM in 1860s:
JM1)----Eliza Jane, 17 Jan 1864 St Marks, Malew, to Thomas Mylchreest and Esther Corrin.
JM2)-----Jane, 11 June 1865 St Barnabas to William Mylchreest and Catherine.
JM3)-----Jane, 11 Feb 1866 Braddan to Ann Mylchreest (no father's name given)
JM4)-----Jane, 8 March 1867 Marown to John Mylchreest and Betsey.
******
JM1)-----after Jessie Ann's birth in 1883, Jane's whereabouts are unknown until 1891 when she was working in a Douglas hotel alongside her husband-to-be, Joseph Rane. So it's definitely possible that she could have had a relationship with Robert Gregg during 1885/6, given birth to RGM, given the baby to the Quilliams, had a further relationship with Benjamin Chapman, given birth to BCM who died age 8 weeks, then given birth to ECM (who wasn't with the Quilliams in 1891 but was adopted by them and was living with them in 1901 and 1911).
*******
JM2)----- In 1881 this Jane Mylchreest was a niece age 15 living in the Douglas household of her maternal uncle, Robert Vondy. In August 1890 she married Charles Henry Little in Douglas. So she could have been the JM who gave birth to the Gregg and Chapman babies.
*******
JM3)----- In 1871 this Jane Mylchreest was living with her maternal grandparents. Her mother Ann Mylchreest had married James Martin in 1869, but Ann Martin died in 1873. I can't find Jane in 1881. By process of elimination, she was probably the Jane Mylchreest who married Thomas Wilson in Douglas in 1888, and if so, she couldn't have been the mother of the Gregg and Chapman babies.
********
JM4)----- In 1881 and 1891 this Jane Mylchreest b Marown was living with her parents, John and Elizabeth, in Douglas. In 1896 she married John Webster in Liverpool. In 1901 John and Jane Webster were living with Jane's parents in Douglas. Living nearby were James and Frances Quilliam with boarders Robert Gregg and Euphemia Chapman, although no real significance can be attached to that fact. Could this Jane have spent the second half of the 1880s having 3 illegitimate children ? It's possible.
I suspect that it's nigh on impossible to establish beyond doubt which Jane Mylchreest gave birth to the Gregg and Chapman babies, unless some new evidence comes to light.
Jessie Ann's legitimate half brothers and sisters from Eliza Jane Mylchreest's 2 marriages can be found on Ancestry trees.
