Message for Ruth Hollywell in Flintshire.

I received my IOMFH Journal yesterday and have been on Ancestry.com this morning as I have found it very responsive to first-name only with date and place of birth limitations. I located your Jessie, by going to Births etc., but born in 1883. I also went to the IOM Census material on Ancestry but no luck for 1891.
Is it possible there might be some link to the Cowley family in Birkenhead as the IOM families from what I have seen really looked after family members if they left the island to work in the UK.
