Hi Ewan , on Brian Lawson's index of IOM 1901 census there is a an Alice Garrett aged 44 in Peel , appears to be wife of Thomas , with children Thomas 17, Minnie 14, Florence 11, Daisy 7, Emma 5 and Eleanor 3. None of the children appear to have been born on the IOM. Is this the Alice you are looking for ?
