Perhaps you and others can help me with this one....Wm Quayle, Ballaskyrr married Margt. Shimmin,Ballabooy German, in K.Michael 1734. They had daughters.
Margaret died, and he married Elizabeth Lace, in Bride, 1740. they too had several daughters.

As there was no male heir to Ballaskyrr, his eldest daughter Ellinor, by Margaret, was heiress.

In 1764 she married William Caine....and from then on Ballaskyrr was owned by Caines...

So where did the William Quayle of Ballaskyrr come from, who married Mary Knickle in January 1773???
