Frances, forgivness is begged, I was not aware that Goldsmith was of Manx origins, I apologise. I always thought that it was a name associated with Jewish origins rather than a Celtic strain.
I did not intend to cause offence, very sorry. I am of Manx Goldsmith descent and just beginning to learn about my ancestors.
