To David Goldsmith....My great grandmother was Ellen Jane Goldsmith, daughter of John Goldsmith of Ballaben/bin/min farm, Bride, IOM. I would be very interested if you can fill me in on any family detail. I have only made the discovery of Ellen Jane quite recently. You might even be the Dave Goldsmith recently retired from the Dept of Education, now that would be something if it turns out we are distantly related!
