I would like to thank everyone on this thread who has assisted in this research. I have replied to Liz separately but wish to express my thanks to her and her daughter jacqui for all their time and effort in obtaining the photographs of the grave.
Sue, your insight was inspirational. When I started on this and was unable to see the name Fynney I thought that all was lost but here we are 150 years on and more or less have the story together.
