I had a look for Susan in later censuses (last seen in 1891 in Blackpool, 260 Lythorm Rd with Augustus F Fynney 20, Maude L Fynney 10, and Elizabeth Dakin 27 servant).

I'm pretty sure this was the same person as Susan Jones in 1881.
