the u s a birth puzzles me .in 1901 i have found a bridget cain age 33 married born in widnes and a daughter frances age 12 born in liverpool, also margaret age 9 born liverpool and bernard age 7 born in liverpool and john age 5 born liverpool, this is lancashire england.
they are on scotland road.
in 1891 i have a bridget cain age20 married living on ashpils ?road in liverpool again she is born in widnes and has a daughter frances age 1 born in liverpool .
i also found a border crossing in 1925 on august 19thfor a bernard kane age 31 birth date approx 1894 birthplace brooklyn new york ,nationality irish ,port of arrival detroit michigan with a wife may microfilm #m1478_35.
also found a death for a bernard thomas cain age 64 jan 19th 1957 in vancouver. registration #1957-09-001509
