I double-checked the marriage before writing - I'm missing something here!

If Bridget was 22 at her marriage in 1888, that makes her b.c.1866, with father Denis Doherty.
This fits perfectly with the 1871 census I posted, where she was aged 4, b.Widnes and living in Widnes with father Dennis Doherty 24, mother Hannah 22, and siblings b.Widnes.

This also fitted with the Bridget in 1881 you sent previously: Bridget DOHERTY Visitor 14 b.Widnes. Aged 4 in 1871, 14 in 1881, and 22 in 1888.

The one you posted recently for 1881: Bridget DOHERTY Dau U Female 23 Manchester fishmonger, would have been 30 in 1888. I thought your first one was right. What am I not seeing??
