That Peel entry was actually a "birth", not a baptism, having looked at it more closely. It is an extracted record, which usually means extracted from the parish register (fairly reliable) as opposed to Church members' submissions. However, where these Peel births are extracted from is a mystery, because no LDS film number is given, and I don't recognise the batch number. It is possibly a registered birth.
