Thanks for that Sue. You did point me to them once before. Esther Jane was the daughter of John Corjeag & Maria Kenyon c.30 April 1847 Kirk Michael. Her father was a farmer and flour mill owner, which I assumed to be the connection - Richard Radcliffe started out as a millwright son of a millwright. One of Esther Jane's sisters also married a miller, son of a miller, from Liverpool. There's no indication from censuses that EJ was in Andreas before her marriage, but of course that doesn't proved anything. On the other hand, she would only have been 15 at the critical time in 1862.
