Ian: The 1851 Ramsey census (John & Ellen Garret), shows only "Sand Street"/Parish of Maughold/Town of Ramsey. There are 6 households listed on this census image (Ancestry), all with the Sand Street address, however 3 of the street names have been crossed off?

I will have a look at other Ramsey censuses to see if I can spot any clue as to "Sandy Hill". Thank you for your suggestion Ian.
