What a strange name, Minava.
I saw this whilst collating information on the Wades' during the 1881 census and wonder where this originated from?
Source Citation: Class: RG11; Piece: 5596; Folio: 20; Page: 12; Line: ; GSU roll: 1342344.
On the write up (Ancestry.co.uk), they have the name as Emna, but looking at the document, it looks to me like Emma.
Emma was only 5 days old at the time and was curious as to when exactly this was?
Hope everyones well, best wishes, Paul
(ps Francis, I'd like to buy a copy of your Manx notebook sometime. I'm off for the next few days and will call round if you're over)
