Thank you for replying , I sent Mary part of our line and perhaps from there you can see the line of whom I speaking of, there are many Cain lines on the Isle of Mann, William Cain, nine generations back is where we began, before 1600, Patrick Cain came to America was a land surveyor and was in the Revolutionary War and was killed in a battle at Slaughterfield, by the Torries, and his sister Cecilia Cain married Nathaniel Walker , An Irishman who built the town of WALKER'S STATION in South Carolina and was called General Walker and was Church of England and built a church and was minister and bought the famous HEALING SPRINGS, off the Catawba Indians and was insturmental in many towns in the area, of BLACKVILLE , SOUTH CAROLINA, USA, and also was a surveyor. I have many wonderful years researching our line, and I thank you for your research.
