Under my records, Adam Cain was born March 15, 1669/70, in KK Michael Parish and that was a baptismal date and he was the son of John Cain, Adam Cain Married Anne Corlett, born October 2, 1681 in KK Ballaugh Parish, baptismal date and died September 12, 1738, she was the daughter of Thomas Corlett, marriage about1700, which produced, John Cain, born February 27,1703-04, in KK Michael Parish, Married ANN CARRAN, May 29,1731 in KK Patrick, next child, Margaret Cain born November 14, 1709 in KK Ballaugh Parish married JOHN QUGGIN on Octocber 6, 1737, inn KK German , next child, Patrick Cain, born July 17, 1712, in KK Blaaaugh Parish, and had a twin brother Phillip who is buried at KK Ballaugh Parish, Patirck Cain was killed by the Torries, in the Battle of Slaughterfield in HEALING SPRINGS, SOUTH CAROLINA, USA, I come of his line, and we are members of the Daughters of the American Revolution., next child, Elinor cain, born March 22, 1713 at KK Ballaugh Parish, next child Joney Cain bron abt 1715.
Pat Clarke married Kath Gawn,, their daughter Elinor married Patrick Cain. Nine generations back , the last Willaim Cain, born before 1600 in KK Ballaugh Parish , this is where my line began. Thank you for your response and all you are willing to help me with, Gilt Corlett, I know nothing about him or Joney Cain, they have been like ghost, so perhaps you can find something about their line.
