There were no exact places of birth given in the 1841 census. Those place names were where they were living for the census, not the parish of birth, and your Charles H. had changed parishes (marriage in Bride, children's bapts, & 1851 Ramsey census) before his death.
If that MI which Donna gave you with wife Ann was his one (M 46), the closest to his age in 1841 was the Charles H. aged 20 (age rounded) in Bride. The previous MI (M 45) was next door so probably related. However there is something odd about Charles's death date on the MI. Maughold records have Charles HOWLAND ag. 39 [residence] Ramsey buried Maughold 13 Feb 1857, not 1855. Sometimes MIs are wrong when put up years later when a spouse or child dies.
That aged 80 in the 1851 census is still a problem. If meant to be 30 it still doesn't match either MI or burial. You may find another burial for him on the Ramsey film.
