I didn't search any further because I was only looking at the Radcliffe connections, but Esther daur of John Garret & Cath Tear does seem to be the only Esther Garrett having children baptised at that time, unless there was one in a parish which didn't give the mother's surname.
The will doesn't help much because the granddaughters' names weren't given, nor a married name for Esther like it was for her sister. You probably need to find John Garrett's will to see whether her married name was given there, but unfortunately there were a lot of John Garretts. Perhaps try 1801, 1805, and 1810?
