Alan, I am just an ordinary FHS member and not living in the IoM, and certainly not speaking for the volunteers - merely defending them against your continuing criticism. You cannot force people to use the technology you suggest if they are uncomfortable with this, and, as I said, if you think the publications can be done better there is nothing stopping you leading by example. There are many IoM records on LDS film as yet not transcribed nor indexed.
