I've only looked at the last part of your Radcliffe research, in the IOM.

Gilbt Ratcliffe's will dated 28 Oct. 1668 named his son Jon, and Jon’s two children who were left "a yard of linen cloath". He also mentioned his two daughters Kathr: and Bahee, his son James, and James's son Jon. His wife was left his crofts and crops “as long as she liveth”, which were to go to his son James after her decease. [Arch will LDS film no.106201]

1.James Ratcliff b.c.1630, of Belfast, married Nelly KINREAD Nov 10th 1663. James Ratcliffe buried 11th December 1689. [LDS film. no.106205]

2.John Ratcliff b.c.1635 (of Crot-e-Lough) died 1669. Will Andreas 1669... his lands to his son John Ratcliffe; wife alive; other children Tho:, Margt., & the child on [his wife's] bearinge if it lives. James Ratcliffe his brother appointed supervisor of his children. December ye 5th 82
This day Thomas Rattliff at lawful age hath received from James Rattliff his overseer... Margt Ratcliff being at lawful years came this day & received from James Ratcliff... the said Margt have also received the childs pt of goods due to her brother James Ratcliff.

John’s 4 underage children in the above will [born between c.1663 & 1669]:

3. Margaret b.c.1668 (not included in grandfather’s 1668 will, but was at lawful age in Dec.1682).
4. Unborn child: James son of John R. bap. Andreas Feb.1669/70

Eldest son John b.c.1664, d.1701
John c.1664-1701 married Margaret CANNELL who died as Margaret KNEAL 22 Dec.1723 [she married John Kneal after John Radcliffe's death].
Her will shows her husband was alive, and names her unmarried son Philip Radcliffe, her son Thomas Radcliffe and his son John Radcliffe, and her daughter Jony who was married to Philip Kynry.

Thomas Y Vair b.c.1695/96 married Alice Radcliffe of Old Belfast. Decree 1732: Next of kin and supervisors to his underage children were Philip Ratcliff and Philip Kinry [husband of Jony].

Younger brother Philip RADCLIFFE b.c.1699-1700, d.1762 [will], married 1. Jony HARRISON, 2. Joney TEARE.
