Could this family have any relationship to Humphrey Callister who was in Ohio by 1850?

Humphrey Callister was born about 1785, and died in 1880, age 96. He married Martha _____. Her maiden name was possibly Clague.
Humphrey Callister lived in Concord Township, where he was a shoemaker.

ii. Charlotte Jane Callister was baptized at Jurby, November 11, 1825.
iii. Elizabeth Callister was born about 1829. She married Absalom Anderson.
iv. Mary Ann Callister was born in the Isle of Man, about 1834.
v. John Charles Callister was born in the Isle of Man, about 1836.
vi. Jane Callister was born in Ohio, about 1840. (Or is she the wife of John C. ?)
