Thank you very much for your response so quickly. Having never heard the sound of Kaighin, I didn't know there was that much of a difference. When we come of England in Sept. I would very much like to come to the Isle of Man. I'm not sure where to look for my ancestor because I don't know if he was born there or in America. Everything that I have found on him in this country, the spelling has been Cain/Kain. Again thank you very much for you help.
