To answer your question in your first posting:-
All true blood Corletts are loosely related.
However the sketchy information you have given in your posting and that given to you in good faith by way of reply may help to both confuse and mislead you.
Eg. The Robert Corlett who was christened on 15th January 1834 at Andreas in the Isle of Man!
Corlet(t) has been the second most used surname on the Island, found in surviving records, and appears on most decent sized manx family trees.
John (his fathers name) has been the third most commonly used given name for boys and there were two John Corletts in the area who died at that time.
Roberts mother (Isabella Cowin) has been the source of speculation on the internet before and it is not exactly conclusive who she was.
Your third posting confirms doubts and I would advise you start again with your husbands details -Good Luck!
