Philip Cowin father of Isabella noted as of Amagary d 1794 (there is a will) - later in that year Isabel cowin [als Quine] widow of Philip disputed a will of John Quine (summary on www.manxnotebook.com) - very confusing but think descent of Isabel was from Gilno Quine who had 2 wives but seems a very tangled tale that needs some elucidation

Isabel married a second time to Thomas Callister - buried supposed aged 82 in 1845 tho I suspect Isabel was a little older
