That census was for Ramsey, Maughold, but yes part of Ramsey is in Lezayre.

Re the marriage entry, you could look it up on LDS film at Family History Centres worldwide (under Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the phone book - open to all) but it has to be ordered in for a small fee.
Or some kind person might look it up for you at the Manx Museum library if going there and have time.
