The marriage of James Radcliffe to Dinah Kermode has his father's name as William. See Familysearch:
familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1951-31006-10826-48?cc=1784428

His father's name would also be shown in the other marriage record but they don't seem to have included Lezayre yet in the scanned ones.

Several censuses have entries for James Radcliffes b.Andreas, a couple of years younger than your James, with wife Ann(e), in later years after your James had left the IOM.

Why do you think he was from Lezayre, when he was bapt in Andreas where his family was still living?
