Think the burial records will be the next on the list. I thought I was being smart looking at the list of people buried in the grave but, sadly, it didn't even tell me that Billy was buried there - nor Hannah for that matter. Just that the grave had been bought by John Sinclair.
It still seems strange to me that there was no record of either occupant in the burial book and yet the IOMFHS have names for that grave in their burial books for Braddan.
I presume they must have got their information from the church records.
Hope I can get back to the museum soon to have a look at the fische.
