are you sure or just presumeing that it was intack 64 that was sold to Stephen? - the widow would have some widowright to half the purchased lands - she may have brought in property of her own (or been left it by her family)

I have the deed SSS May 1758 90 which means it went thro the court in 1758 where does the later date come from ? (Stephen died 1784]
Are there any mortgages ? (these are in a sep book)
