I too suspect this is getting ready for the online access to iMuseum.

I think you are right Frances - there are some images already working for Cornwall - the actual Burial Register is searchable.

and yes there maybe a few crashes before they get it right - or maybe that is why it will be accessed through the IGI ? - to prevent the crashes ?
