I believe that the Jun Q 1915 Chorlton 8c 769 birth details below (which were copied and pasted from Ancestry) are actually those for Richard Nightingale Banks b 1885, and not for a child born in 1915:
****************************
England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index, 1837-1915
about Richard Nightingale Banks
Name: Richard Nightingale Banks
Date of Registration: Apr-May-Jun 1915
Registration district: Chorlton
Inferred County: Lancashire
Volume: 8c
Page: 769

I've browsed the 1885 birth indexes for Richard Nightingale Banks, and his name appears in Sep Q 1885 Chorlton 8c 769. This "Chorlton 8c 769" is the same as in the 1915 phantom details.
An unusual feature of the phantom 1915 entries is that they show christian names written in full, whereas in the "real" 1915 entries, only the first christian name is written in full, with middle names appearing as initials (the changeover to initials for middle names occurred in 1910, I think)
I found another example of a phantom entry for Jun Q Chorlton by altering the page number at random, and then finding an unusual name to research:
******************************
England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index, 1837-1915
about Jack Tunningley Mawrey
Name: Jack Tunningley Mawrey
Date of Registration: Apr-May-Jun 1915
Registration district: Chorlton
Inferred County: Lancashire
Volume: 8c
Page: 752

Browsing the Jun Q 1915 index reveals no entry for JTM.
But browsing the Jun Q 1904 index reveals JTM , Chorlton 8c 752, with no matching item like the one I pasted above.
JTM appears on a UK incoming passenger list in 1934 as a master mariner age 30.

His son states (in an online message on Ancestry) " My Father was Captain Jack Tunningley MAWREY born 4th May 1904 at MANCHESTER"
I don't know how Ancestry have managed to mess up these entries, but at least we know that they're wrong and can be discounted.
So "N Banks, nephew" is almost certainly not the Richard Nightingale Banks of the 1915 phantom entry.
