thomas Kelly + ann hogg both of this parish mar Maughold 27 FEB 1798 witt parish clerk + Wm Kirmeen (signed x)
there is a Thomas s/o Patk kelly + esther Christian bapt in Ballaugh in 1775 - I have a note that something like 'nodick' against patks name in reg but very ? - Esther's will is I think:
d 23 mar 1800;of the gill;ch thos,esther + margt;gdau esther kewley(d/o esther);husb patk exor
(the gill here I think is Scrondall (Ravensdale now)heading up in hills towards Lezayre - however as Thomas was eldest son and would inherit any lands I suspect was not of Maughold as per marr - so possibly wrong id but no Maughold born Thos kellys I can see and the Ballaugh born thomas is only one that comes near
