on the 1841 Census (from Brian Lawson’s Census index) it has,

LOONEY Dorothey 60 Ramsey 1464/8 5 3

This puts Dorothy's date of birth in 1781 and she would have been 18 when she married and she did have her Father's consent for being under the age of 21

you said, - there are several William Looneys who could have married her.
I have 2 William's listed below - can you please add your list of William's - and together we can eliminate them.
