Re: Thomas Quayle & Ann Kewley 1860

Hi Donna,
Do you have a transcript of the will of: QUAYLE, William 1868 Lezayre A 42 0106270?
Was there another brother?

At the Maughold marriage of Thomas Quayle & Ann Kewley in 1860 Thomas was a farmer of Ballafayle, Maughold, and Ann was also of Ballafayle (daur of William Kewley, Farmer). It was interesting to see in the 1861 census that there was another Quayle family living at Ballafayle: John QUAYLE 40, Labourer, also b.Lezayre, Elizabeth wife 40 b.Maughold, and children Ann 15 Maughold, William 8 Maughold, Edward 6 Maughold, and George 2 b. Maughold.
Or perhaps he was an uncle of Thomas's?

[There was another Quayle family there as well, but from Andreas.]

John Quayle & Elizabeth Kneale's children, bapt Maughold:
QUAYLE Elinor Illegitimate daur of John Quayle/ Elizabeth Kneale Parish Church 15 Apr 1841
QUAYLE John Robert Illegitimate son of J Quayle/ Elizabeth Kneale bapt Parish Church 30 Mar 1843
QUAYLE William Henry John Quayle/ Elizabeth Kneale Parish Church 16 Jan 1853
QUAYLE Edward John Quayle/ Elizabeth Kneale Parish Church 21 Oct 1855
QUAYLE George John Quayle/ Elizabeth Kneale Parish Church 29 May 1859
QUAYLE Christian John Quayle/ Elizabeth Kneale Parish Church 7 Oct 1862

They married in Maughold 20 Dec 1845.
